The Women in Cybersecurity Student Chapter aims to help bridge the gender gap that exists in the cybersecurity industry. With only 11% of woman in cybersecurity and an estimated shortage of 2 million cybersecurity professionals in 2019, it's a great time to dive into this fast growing profession!

ANGEL-TECHS

Angel-Techs
Through donations and grants, the Center for Cybersecurity loans laptops to students in need to complete their coursework. Angel-Tech recipients are paired up with a cybers student to assist with computer and software training, learn maintenance, and help them be successful inside and outside of the classroom.

INTERCOLLEGIATE FORENSICS COMPETITION

Intercollegiate Forensics Competition
Once you have completed our capstone forensics class, you will be ready to compete in our annual intercollegiate forensics competition. Test your newly learned skills in network and digital forensics and face off against other area colleges and universities.

PTECH Cyber Camp
The Center for Cybersecurity has partnered with the P-TECH (Pathways in Technology Early College High School) Program to host a one week summer camp for local high school students. Our cyber counselors share their skills and passion in cybersecurity, computer hardware, forensics, networking, and even drone flying. Become a cyber counselor today!
TECH 4 TIPS
Tech 4 Tips
Computer running slow? Need software installed? Have a virus? Each semester the Cybersecurity Club holds their Tech 4 Tips event to help students with troubleshooting, maintenance, and computer security. This event is open to all students for a small donation that supports the club and their continued efforts to spread cybersecurity awareness.
